If there are 2 segments on the source that are identical and different translations are used, The QA will detect the issue with the warning "inconsistent target".
The customer needs the same behavior if those 2 source segments have the same text, but one of them has tags while the other hasn't tags.
Current behavior: When using Memsource QA, it didn't detect some inconsistencies in target because there was a tag in one segment and there was no tag in the other segment in source.
Requested behavior: Make it be possible to detect those errors (which mean ignoring the tags as they are not found).

Use case: The customer needs to check whether those targets are completely the same or not (they need dedicated settings that would be able to check text only "ignoring tags").
