Current behavior:
In case the file name is very long, it can't be fully displayed on the tab name or anywhere directly in the Editor for Web.

Available workaround (if any):

1. Open files in the Joined mode, so their full name is visible in the header in the Editor for Web.
2. Hover over the tab name, the full name is going to be displayed in a tooltip.

Requested behavior:
The file full name should be shown in the header for any single file that is opened on the Web Editor.
